History:

Trabajo was created in 2010 as part of an effort to consolidate our cornucopia of companies down from thirteen to three:  Trabajo, Realeza and Tierra Del Spear.  In Spanish, trabajo means “to work”; hence, properties in which we participate in the work (i.e., invest in) during the drilling of a well belong here.  In 2010 and 2011 hundreds of working interest properties were painstakingly extricated from thirteen SBG companies and they now reside in Trabajo.  At the same time, properties in which we held a royalty interest were moved to Realeza and properties for which we owned the surface rights to were moved to Tierra.
